Use neutral, greenish or bluish colors for your feedback survey, or choose a light gray palette. Your customers could have negative feedback, and in this case, too blatant, flashy colors could irritate a person. On the contrary, for cases when you're only asking for opinions about some new product or feature, a brassy, colorful design with more saturation would do greatly. Remember to keep a good contrast between the background and text, so that your Survey would be accessible to wider audiences.
