Reader Satisfaction Survey FAQs
A common scale would look like this: Very satisfied, Satisfied, Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, and Very dissatisfied. Among other options you can rate the general reader satisfaction as follows: Very poor, Poor, Average, Good, Excellent. Third variant would be to offer users a statement that the reader is satisfied with the current item's availability or service and offer the following scale as an answer: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree.
Use bold, bright colors from aubergine to dark blue, but sprinkle your design with grass green or sunflower yellow for better contrast. The background should be dark gray or black in this case. Neutral, dull palette isn't recommended - your survey pop-up should stand out and attract the user's attention to achieve completion.
