Features

Story points

Guide viewers through your whiteboard, step by step.

Story Points let you turn any whiteboard into a guided walkthrough. Set the order, control the flow, and let viewers navigate your content at their own pace. Available to all users, with up to 10 story points for free accounts.

Find it in the Editor under Action > Story.

Granular locking

Lock exactly what you want. Leave the rest editable.

Workspace admins can now lock specific text box properties in branded templates: location, content, format, or all three. Permissions scale by role, so managers can adjust location and content, while copywriters can edit text only. Other roles see locked elements as fixed.

Find it in the Editor: select a text box, right-click, then choose Lock/Unlock each style.

New Brand Kit

Your brand, now easier to manage.

The redesigned Brand Kit gives Pro and Enterprise users a cleaner interface for managing logos, colors, fonts, and branded templates. New font style and font group controls make it simple to keep typography consistent across every project.

Find it in the Dashboard under My Brand.

AI-Supported brand color picker

A more detailed color picker straight from your website.

The Brand Wizard now includes a manual eyedropper color picker so you can extract colors directly from a screenshot of your site. The UI has also been refreshed to speed up setup.

Improvements

Hide the right panel in the editor

More canvas space when you need it.

You can now collapse the slides and pages panel in the editor to give yourself a larger editing area. The panel stays hidden until you bring it back. Available on tablet and desktop.

To use, click the arrow on the right (slides/pages) panel.

File & Folder Owners

See who owns what, right from My Files.

Folders now always appear at the top in both List and Grid views. The grid view shows up to 4 rows of folders. A new “Created By” column in List view shows ownership with A-Z/Z-A sorting, and the file Details panel now includes an Owner field.

Check it out in the Editor or Dashboard under My Files.

Templates

30+ Microsite Templates

Build your microsites faster with ready-made templates for several use cases. Whether you’re launching a campaign, sharing a case study, or collecting leads with a downloadable ebookt, there’s a template to get you started.
