Organized Imports, Smarter Lists & Chart Enhancements
In this release, we’ve made organizing your assets and projects easier with new sorting options in My Files and My Audios and clearer folder visibility when duplicating projects. We’ve also added smarter email link settings and a new “Stack totals” feature for bar charts to help you better guide users and present data more clearly. New Email Link Settings Added
We’ve improved the Link → Email menu by adding extra settings to help you customize how email popups appear when users click on linked elements in your design. While you can still paste a full mailto link, you now also have the option to manually fill in fields like Subject, CC, BCC, and Body – no need to know the link format. These additions make it easier to prefill email content and guide user responses more effectively.
Sort Your Audio Files with Ease
Using the new sorting options, you can quickly find your audio recordings in the My Audios tab. Sort your files by Newest, Oldest, or alphabetically from A to Z or Z to A for faster access and better organization.
Sort My Files by Dimensions and Size
We’ve recently divided the Dimensions and Size into two separate columns in the My Files section. With this update, you can now sort your files by either dimension or size, making it easier and faster to find what you need.
Unavailable Folders Greyed Out in Duplicate Project Menu
We’ve improved the UI of the Duplicate Project dropdown to make folder access clearer. If a user doesn’t have access to certain folders, those folders will now appear greyed out, displaying only their icons and names. This helps prevent confusion when choosing a destination for duplicated projects.
Create Paragraph Offsets Without Breaking List Numbering
Normally, when you press Enter in a numbered list and then delete the number in one of the rows to create space, the numbering below restarts from 1. With the latest update, you can now press Shift+Enter to insert an offset paragraph without interrupting the list sequence. This works for both numbered and bulleted lists.
“Stack totals” Setting for Bar Charts
Our latest improvement will come in handy for anyone using stacked bars to show value composition across different categories that comprise a single bar. You can now display the total value of all stacked segments on top of each bar for quick comparison.
To try it out, open your chart’s Settings, go to Appearance to enable Stacked Bars, then head to the Values tab and turn on “Stack totals.” You can also toggle “Show values” to display individual segment values within each bar.
A Folder Is Now Created for Each Imported PDF
Previously, when importing PDF files with many SVGs or images, all assets were added individually to the My Files section, making it cluttered. With this update, imported assets are now automatically organized. A main “Imported Files” folder has been added, and each imported PDF will generate a subfolder (named after the file) where all related SVG, PNG, or JPG elements are stored.
