What You’ll Do
- Formulate and test hypotheses, conduct research, and analyze metrics.
- Own end-to-end experiences and workflows from usability perspective while working closely with product managers for the Growth and Core areas and engineers.
- Ensure high-quality UX and UI.
- Introduce and apply modern product frameworks, tools, and practices, including the use
of AI. - Contribute to the development of the design system.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product design with strong expertise in UX and UI.
- Strong logical, analytical, and systems thinking.
- Ability to work independently in uncertain and rapidly changing environments.
- High speed of execution and strong focus on efficiency.
- Willingness to work on a wide range of tasks — from creating layouts and building prototypes to designing flows, feature logic, and conducting research independently.
- Interest in AI and the ability to use it in your work.
- English level B2 or higher (ideally with experience conducting user interviews in English).
- Academic education in product design is a strong plus.
- Willingness to complete a test assignment and participate in a whiteboard session.
