We are looking for a highly motivated SaaS Business Development Representative with a passion for Visme and the world of design, communications, and content creation. This role will ensure that prospective clients receive the highest level of service as you manage outbound and inbound opportunities through email and phone, conduct quick live demos, and support the sales pipeline with quality leads.
Things you’ll be doing
- Managing the early sales cycle, ensuring that leads are properly nurtured and receive the highest level of service and assistance in how Visme can help them according to their persona and industry
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, warm outreach, live demos, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
- Facilitating smooth and well-documented hand-off to Sr. Client Advisors
- Managing the early stages of the sales pipeline while following standard processes for end to end tracking and visibility
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes; along with the competitive market
- Engaging in team development and mentoring as the team expands
- At least 1 year of experience in a business development representative role within a SaaS company — both outbound and inbound experience preferred
- Proven track record for meeting lead goals
- Experience with BANT, Challenger, MEDDIC, and other common consultative sales methodologies
- Understanding and a strong appreciation of communications, visual design, and content development highly preferred
- Exceedingly organized and responsive to prospect/customer needs and questions
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator
- Experience with G Suite, Slack, CRM (preferably Pipedrive), Zoom, MixMax, Outreach, and able to pick up new software quickly
- Task-oriented, energized, and resourceful personality — operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization.
